About the role

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate product designs and bills of materials (BOMs) to identify failure modes and develop recommended spare parts lists
  • Monitor field performance metrics and collaborate with procurement and suppliers to drive quality and reliability improvements
  • Execute technical regulatory and conformity requirements (e.g., CE, KC/KCC, NOM, ISO/IEC) for products and spare parts
  • Support compliance readiness for new product introductions (NPI), engineering changes, and regional expansions
  • Partner with Global Trade Compliance and Logistics to resolve compliance-related shipment issues or customs holds
  • Evaluate supplier production activities to ensure compliance with manufacturing guidelines and quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing) or Supply Chain Management
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in engineering, procurement, or regulatory affairs
  • Proven experience with BOM management systems such as Windchill or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of international technical regulations and conformity programs (e.g., CE, CCC, KC/KCC, NOM)
  • Strong understanding of ISO/IEC standards and their application to product design
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
