Spares Manufacturing Engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions and expertise for proprietary spare parts within the Airbus Defence & Space division
• Investigate optimal supply options and understand product structures and configurations
• Manage the creation and modification of spare technical data to ensure system consistency
• Participate in the industrialization process of new spare solutions, providing manufacturing engineering inputs to stakeholders
• Provide technical support to Aerostructures commodities and interface with the Supply Chain
• Collaborate on In-Service events, MRO, and Retrofit activities during industrialization phases
• Develop and manage procedures related to cost estimation activities
• Support the optimization of spare inventories

Requirements

• Degree level education in a relevant engineering field
• Fluent Spanish and negotiation-level English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and work in a dynamic environment
• Strong negotiation skills and a team-oriented mindset
