Spare Parts Warehouse Operator

Responsibilities

• Administer, control, and ensure the availability of spare parts, tools, and materials for the maintenance area.
• Manage requisitions, monitor inventory levels (max/min), and track pending purchase orders.
• Use SAP to register and validate inventory movements, including entries, exits, and adjustments.
• Maintain the material catalog and generate consumption and monthly closing reports.
• Receive, code, and organize materials using FIFO (PEPS) methodology.
• Perform physical inventory counts (cyclic, internal, and external).
• Coordinate the dispatch of parts and tools to plant personnel and manage tool lending/tracking.

Requirements

• Technical degree or high school diploma (Logistics, Industrial, Maintenance, or related).
• Experience in industrial warehouses, spare parts, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work on-site in Uruapan, Michoacán, Mexico.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent graduates in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in managing consignment materials.
