About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team responsible for processing spare parts quotes and sales orders.
- Ensure correct attention and follow-up for internal and external customers regarding spare parts requirements.
- Oversee the timely and accurate processing of sales orders within the S/4HANA system.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including response times, service levels, sales, and backlog.
- Coordinate communication between sales, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, and technical service departments to ensure efficient supply.
- Resolve incidents related to orders, invoicing, inventory, shipments, and customer service.
- Manage pending orders, back orders, and critical materials to minimize customer delays.
- Train and support CSR staff on processes, systems, policies, and customer service excellence.
- Participate in operational and strategic meetings to review results and define corrective or preventive actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service supervision.
- Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, SIS, ETK, and DMA.
- Advanced professional English skills (100% level).
- Strong experience in direct customer relations and management.
