Spare Parts Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and bin parts at appropriate predefined locations
• Issue parts to technicians according to established processes
• Capture part demand accurately and proactively stock new product lines
• Maintain hygiene of the store and spare parts counter
• Ensure all part line requisitions are updated in the DMS
• Organize annual physical inventory checks to minimize system deviations
• Manage periodic disposal of obsolete or dead stock
• Liaise with manufacturers to clear parts-related claims
• Process warranty claims timely and replenish parts

Requirements

• Graduate degree
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a parts officer or supervisor
• 4-5 years of overall experience in the automotive industry
• Strong problem-solving approach and resilient attitude
