Spare Parts Specialist

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire and serve customers regarding the sale of spare parts and consumables for machines and components (VCE, Penta, Ammann, Sandvik)
• Provide technical advisory services to identify and select parts based on technical documentation, catalog numbers, or photos
• Negotiate commercial terms and finalize sales in accordance with company policy
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Ensure high service quality throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery
• Monitor customer satisfaction and respond quickly to issues or complaints

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education (technical or commercial background preferred)
• Knowledge of machine construction and principles of part selection
• Ability to read parts catalogs
• Proficiency in computer use and sales/customer service support systems
• English language proficiency
• Valid category B driving license
• Strong communication skills, independence, and customer orientation

• Previous experience in spare parts sales
