About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop a new client portfolio for the sale of proprietary and vendor spare parts in the assigned zone.
- Follow up on client needs and expectations by offering personalized, high-quality solutions.
- Maintain and update the client database to ensure accurate information and consistent service.
- Act as a facilitator in closing negotiations to ensure successful agreements.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients, schedule appointments, and perform in-person visits.
- Report daily new sales and perform analysis to identify areas for performance improvement.
- Analyze lost sales to identify causes and propose action plans to prevent future losses.
- Create sales plans for inventory older than twelve months to optimize rotation and maximize profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences or a related field (must be graduated).
- 3+ years of experience in Service and Aftersales within the transport industry.
- Intermediate conversational English skills.
