About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily communication with customers, responding to inquiries and providing support
- Prepare and enter commercial offers and customer orders into the system
- Ensure accurate and timely management of all requests
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and administration, to ensure smooth order flow
- Support the team in achieving operational objectives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes and methods
Requirements
- Diploma (preferably in a linguistic field); a University degree is considered a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
