Spare Parts Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize and control warehouse operations and the activities of warehouse staff
• Manage the ordering and inventory levels of spare parts and materials
• Monitor and analyze consumption and turnover rates of stock
• Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, and sales of goods and materials
• Verify the quality, quantity, and completeness of incoming deliveries against documentation
• Ensure proper material storage and monitor for expired items
• Coordinate services for external companies and wholesale customers, providing technical consultations
• Manage product quality and process complaints, providing feedback to relevant departments
• Participate in organizing and conducting periodic and annual inventories

Requirements

• Higher education in a technical or economic field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, spare parts management, or inventory control
• Proficiency in German and/or English
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with ERP or specialized warehouse information systems
• Strong planning, control, and analytical skills
• High level of responsibility, precision, and attention to detail
