Spare Parts Interpreter

Responsibilities

• Review and manage incoming and outgoing inventory including stock control, cycle counts, and replenishments
• Complete bi-annual stocktakes for the Spare Parts store with accuracy
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer catalogues, electronic parts systems (EPC), and supplier databases
• Monitor and report on parts usage trends to identify cost savings
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding purchase order status and delivery dates
• Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and purchase orders for Parts Sales
• Supervise and plan daily locker runs and coordination of Parts Courier duties
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements

Requirements

• Industry experience is desired
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
