About the role
Responsibilities
- Review and manage incoming and outgoing inventory including stock control, cycle counts, and replenishments
- Complete bi-annual stocktakes for the Spare Parts store with accuracy
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer catalogues, electronic parts systems (EPC), and supplier databases
- Monitor and report on parts usage trends to identify cost savings
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding purchase order status and delivery dates
- Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and purchase orders for Parts Sales
- Supervise and plan daily locker runs and coordination of Parts Courier duties
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
Requirements
- Industry experience is desired
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
