Spare Parts Intern

Responsibilities

• Plan and apply for spare parts in line with operational needs to ensure component availability
• Manage end-to-end spare parts shipments, including order placement and delivery tracking
• Communicate proactively with headquarters regarding application status and fulfillment updates
• Maintain and organize spare parts inventory to ensure accurate and structured records
• Support spare parts supply for ongoing projects, customer orders, and rework activities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service operations

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel
• Analytical mindset with an interest in working with data and structured processes
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Chinese language skills are a plus
