Spare Parts Field Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage the Authorized Network to increase spare parts purchase performance
• Support authorized workshops in growth and alignment with manufacturer quality standards
• Increase loyalty within the Authorized Network for original spare parts purchases
• Implement programs to improve service quality parameters for customers
• Support the development and implementation of specific Marketing plans for the network
• Conduct territorial surveys to identify new customers and increase product sales
• Act as a constant point of reference for authorized dealers through field presence
• Implement manufacturer marketing policies and scouting processes for network growth

Requirements

• Degree in technical or economic disciplines
• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive sector
• Managerial attitude and skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills
