Spare Parts Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory by organizing the spare parts room, including labeling, Min/Max levels, and 5S standards
• Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, inspect for damage, and stock items in proper locations
• Track inventory levels and part classifications (A, B, C) using eMaint
• Order replacement parts based on Min/Max levels and perform spot buys via Ariba
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with vendors for restocking and manage shipping/receiving of parts for external repair
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storage area across multiple facilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or automotive warehousing
• Ability to read prints, drawings, and schematics
• Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and Outlook
• Experience using CMMS software (eMaint preferred)
• Familiarity with maintenance and technical terminology
• Physical ability to lift and move items as required
• Strong time management and organizational skills
