About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage spare parts inventory, including inbound/outbound processes, stocktaking, and account records via SAP.
  • Formulate strategies for critical spare parts and safety stock levels to optimize inventory and reduce costs.
  • Handle procurement procedures such as inquiries, quotation comparisons, order placement, and delivery follow-up.
  • Liaise with domestic and overseas suppliers to ensure compliance with price, quality, and delivery requirements.
  • Process import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declaration paperwork.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and customs brokers to guarantee on-time delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to provide technical spare parts support.
  • Establish and optimize spare parts management workflows and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of practical experience in warehouse and procurement management.
  • Proficiency in using the SAP system.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Practical working experience in international import and export operations.
  • Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills (TOEIC score of 550 or above).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with spare parts for mechanical and automated equipment.
  • Prior working experience in WCM (World Class Manufacturing), TPM, or lean production environments.
