About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage spare parts inventory, including inbound/outbound processes, stocktaking, and account records via SAP.
- Formulate strategies for critical spare parts and safety stock levels to optimize inventory and reduce costs.
- Handle procurement procedures such as inquiries, quotation comparisons, order placement, and delivery follow-up.
- Liaise with domestic and overseas suppliers to ensure compliance with price, quality, and delivery requirements.
- Process import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declaration paperwork.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and customs brokers to guarantee on-time delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to provide technical spare parts support.
- Establish and optimize spare parts management workflows and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Requirements
- 3+ years of practical experience in warehouse and procurement management.
- Proficiency in using the SAP system.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Practical working experience in international import and export operations.
- Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills (TOEIC score of 550 or above).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with spare parts for mechanical and automated equipment.
- Prior working experience in WCM (World Class Manufacturing), TPM, or lean production environments.
