Spanish Toddler Teacher

Responsibilities

• Lead a mixed-age toddler classroom in a Montessori environment
• Observe children to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development
• Prepare and maintain an orderly classroom that fosters independence
• Provide lessons in practical life skills, language, and grace and courtesy
• Build trusting relationships with children and families
• Communicate with parents regarding child growth
• Lead classroom routines and collaborate with team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or Child Development related field
• 12 ECE or Child Development credits
• Experience working with children ages 0–3 in group care or early learning
• Alignment with child-led educational approaches
• Interest in pursuing Montessori certification
