About the role
Responsibilities
- Present games in a professional manner in accordance with company procedures and gaming regulations
- Create a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for players
- Explain game rules to customers clearly
- Manage game timing and ensure "no more bets" calls are observed
- Maintain clear commentary on all transactions and ensure security against cheating
- Notify supervisors of equipment malfunctions and collaborate on game improvements
- Maintain clean and clutter-free gaming tables
- Provide appropriate handovers during shift changes
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish
- Good command of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic IT knowledge
- Smart appearance and professional attitude
- Flexible approach to work schedules
- Ability to work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
