Spanish Retention Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Provide general leadership and direction to the team
• Implement call strategies and campaigns designed by management
• Inspire and motivate team members through creative incentive and reward programs
• Manage agent activities, provide regular performance feedback, and improve processes
• Address challenges with ingenuity
• Build trust, work ethically, and uphold organizational values
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Previous experience in the same role within a Forex company
• Native Spanish speaker
• Good level of English
• Ability to work and perform under pressure with challenging targets
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Problem-solving skills, initiative, and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or financial sector environment
• Diploma in economics or finance
