Spanish Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines for remote projects across North and South Europe
• Coordinate internal resources and partners to ensure seamless execution
• Track project progress and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders
• Monitor project scope, costs, and potential issues, escalating when necessary
• Ensure all deadlines are met and deliverables maintain high quality standards
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records
• Communicate effectively with customers and relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with the team to meet established KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish (native or near-native)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
