Spanish Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from initiation to closure
• Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources effectively
• Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and support teams
• Track progress and provide regular status updates and reports
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements
• Proactively identify and resolve issues or risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant project management experience
• Fluency in Spanish to support Spanish-speaking stakeholders
• Outstanding English communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
• Strong understanding of project/program management principles and methodologies
• Proven experience in cross-functional coordination and customer interaction
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise software deployments
• Experience with capital equipment installations or system integration projects
