About the role

Responsibilities

  • Field incoming inquiries from client channels including phone, email, and fax regarding JPMorgan Access products.
  • Provide technical assistance such as log-on support and basic browser troubleshooting.
  • Resolve inquiries and transactions related to payments and money movement.
  • Investigate and resolve account queries and escalated issues to ensure a world-class client experience.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards governed by ISO, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Promote the adoption of self-service tools and platforms to clients.
  • Track all client inquiries using internal case tracking tools to ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in professional Spanish and/or Portuguese (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong grasp of banking terminology.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and listening skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work a night shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 9:00 AM PH Standard Time).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in client service, banking operations, or technical support roles.
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan Access products and platforms.
  • Experience working in a call center or service center environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
  • Experience using case tracking tools such as Navigator.
