Spanish Customer Advisor

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support via inbound calls and inquiries
• Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented assistance to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Demonstrate empathy and care while troubleshooting issues using available tools and resources
• Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback within internal systems
• Guide customers toward the best solutions and recommendations based on their specific needs
• Contribute to a high-quality customer experience that reflects the values of globally recognized brands

Requirements

• EU citizenship or a valid Portugal work permit
• Fluency in Spanish (C1/C2 level or Native)
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Current residency in the Lisbon area
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Proficiency in computer literacy and general digital tools
• Previous experience in client-facing roles or customer service
• Strong communication, listening, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
