About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential customers in the target market
  • Qualify leads and uncover customer needs through discovery conversations
  • Initiate outreach by phone, email, and social media
  • Build credibility and move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Support cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing customers

Requirements

  • Native Spanish and strong English, minimum B2
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Experience with prospecting, lead qualification, and new business generation
  • Cross-selling and upselling experience
  • Good computer skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • EU passport required
