Spanish Bilingual Home Lending Assistant I

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service through inbound and outbound calls to homeowners and buyers.
• Communicate pipeline status updates to Home Lending Advisors and third parties.
• Contact customers to discuss loan terms, conditions, and proposed signing timeframes.
• Maintain accurate communication logs and update the system of record to ensure smooth downstream processes.
• Follow up on aged leads and pipeline loans, requesting missing documentation as needed.
• Act as a liaison between Home Lending Advisors, branches, processing centers, realtors, and builders.
• Coordinate and manage marketing activities through internal systems.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose effective solutions.
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable to working onsite in BGC, following US time shifts.
• Ability to pass background checks including criminal conviction history, credit report, and NMLS registration requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of voice customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Experience in mortgage, blended accounts (voice and non-voice), upselling, or collections.
• Experience working with high-touch clients.
