Spanish Bilingual Home Lending Assistant I

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service through inbound and outbound calls to home buyers and homeowners.
• Communicate pipeline status updates to Home Lending Advisors and coordinate with customers and third parties.
• Discuss loan terms, conditions, and proposed signing timeframes with customers to ensure full understanding.
• Maintain accurate information in the system of record and keep up-to-date communication logs.
• Follow up on aged leads and pipeline loans, request missing documentation, and address customer concerns immediately.
• Act as a liaison between Home Lending Advisors, branches, processing centers, realtors, and builders to coordinate submissions and closings.
• Coordinate and manage marketing activities through internal systems.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose effective solutions.
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable to working onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
• Willingness to work US business hours (Night Shift).
• Ability to pass background checks, including criminal conviction history, credit report, and NMLS registration requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of voice customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Experience in mortgage, blended accounts (voice and non-voice), upselling, or collections is a plus.
• Previous exposure to high-touch clients.
