Space Planner

Responsibilities

• Contact internal clients to analyze and understand their specific space and layout needs
• Develop comprehensive project files and detailed execution plans
• Create work estimations and manage the financial tracking of projects
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction and layout works

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or CFC Building Drafter
• 5+ years of experience in layout or building project management
• Proficiency in Archicad (license 28)
• Proficiency in MS Project
• Proficiency in Windows/PC environments
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal qualities
• Proactive approach with high attention to detail
