Space Planner

Responsibilities

• Analyze space requirements and provide detailed space plans to optimize layouts
• Work closely with architectural and design teams to develop functional and efficient spaces
• Manage and coordinate moves, adds, and changes to office layouts
• Ensure all spaces meet health, safety, and organizational standards
• Implement and maintain quality control measures for all installations and repairs
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders to align on goals

Requirements

• US or Australian citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Must possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance
• 5+ years of experience in space planning, facilities management, or interior design
• Proficiency in CAD and other design software
• Strong understanding of design principles and space optimization
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Alice Springs
