Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and operation of a new world-class wellness destination
• Shape a holistic wellness strategy integrating spa, fitness, movement, wellbeing, nutrition, and guest experiences
• Oversee and inspire a multidisciplinary team
• Deliver exceptional experiences aligned with luxury hospitality standards

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in luxury spa and wellness environments
• Experience in pre-opening projects and facility launches
• Strong commercial and operational expertise
• Passion for wellness, innovation, and guest experience excellence
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
