Spa Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assisting senior Spa Therapists in performing spa treatments and practicing techniques under supervision
• Preparing treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for guests
• Observing guest consultations and learning to assess guest needs
• Supporting the setup, breakdown, and cleanliness of spa areas
• Developing knowledge of spa services and products to assist in promotion
• Welcoming guests and assisting with inquiries regarding spa services
• Supporting administrative tasks including treatment records and inventory management
• Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training
• Assisting guests with post-treatment care and recommendations

Requirements

• Strong interest in a career in the spa and wellness industry
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Passion for exceptional guest service
• Pleasant personality with a client-oriented mindset
