Responsibilities

• Perform all guest care and treatments offered in the Spa Brochure
• Deliver outstanding customer service and care to guests
• Ensure guest expectations are met and they feel pampered
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel and products
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years as an experienced therapist in a 5-star environment
• HND level 3 in Beauty or Holistic Therapy
• Ability to work a flexible rota including days, evenings, and weekends
• High personal and professional standards
• Excellent communication skills
