Spa Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized spa treatments including deep tissue massage, signature massage, dry cupping, Madero therapy, and lymphatic drainage
• Tailor and customize treatments to meet individual client needs and preferences while adhering to industry best practices
• Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand health concerns and provide aftercare advice and product recommendations
• Maintain clean, relaxing, and hygienic treatment rooms and manage appointment schedules effectively
• Support retail sales by educating clients about spa products that complement their treatments
• Collaborate with spa supervisors, managers, and other professionals to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a spa, wellness centre, or hospitality setting
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and performing treatments for extended periods
• Knowledge of spa software systems and scheduling tools
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized training in therapies such as aromatherapy or reflexology
