Spa Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, maderotherapy, and aromatherapy.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional spa services, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction.
• Create a serene and inviting environment in the treatment rooms to enhance the overall spa experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as the Front Desk, to deliver a comprehensive wellness experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and attend training sessions as necessary.

Requirements

• Valid license as a Massage Therapist.
• 1-3 years of proven experience, ideally in a spa or wellness club environment.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and their benefits.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• EU passport and/or authorization to work in Spain is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Balearic Islands.
• Knowledge of local regulations in Spain.
