Spa Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of massage and relaxation treatments in accordance with established standards
• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a relaxing and professional spa experience
• Assess guest needs and recommend suitable massage or wellness programs
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a peaceful atmosphere in all spa areas
• Manage daily appointment schedules efficiently
• Ensure all spa products, supplies, and equipment are stocked and maintained
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Collaborate with the Health Club & Wellness team to promote spa offers

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy or Spa Therapy
• 2–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques and wellness principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
• Good physical stamina and professional appearance
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
