About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of high-quality spa treatments, including facials, massages, body scrubs, and wraps
- Deliver personalized treatments tailored to individual guest needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for all guests
- Ensure a high level of professionalism, client care, and attention to detail at all times
- Assist in maintaining spa equipment and supplies to ensure they remain in top condition
- Adhere strictly to the hotel's health and safety standards and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist
- At least 2 years of experience working in a luxury hotel spa within the UAE
- Extensive knowledge of luxury spa treatments, techniques, and products
- Proficiency in advanced treatments including HydraFacial, facials, and skin analysis
- Valid certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment with a strong work ethic
