Spa Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional spa treatments in line with resort brand standards and tailored to specific client needs
• Achieve retail sales targets by providing aftercare recommendations and product suggestions
• Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling various spa treatments and packages
• Maintain the highest standards of guest service, including recording preferences and updating guest profiles
• Ensure the cleanliness, sterilization, and hygiene of all equipment, products, and linens in treatment areas
• Perform all duties in a professional, hygienic, and safe manner following established protocols

Requirements

• Certified beauty therapist diploma
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a 5-star spa or hotel environment
• Proficiency in various massage treatments
• Experience in mani-pedi therapies
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills
