Spa Therapist

Responsibilities

• Lead spa treatment preparation and delivery of the full catalog of spa services
• Perform best in class treatments to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Provide guidance and treatment information to customers throughout the spa experience
• Educate clients on brand values including ethical buying and animal testing positions
• Drive sales by building rapport and engaging with customers on the shop floor
• Maintain spa compliance regarding health, safety, and product integrity
• Support inventory best practices and merchandising standards

Requirements

• 1-2 years of massage therapist experience in spas or wellness locations
• Ability to learn and administer the full catalog of spa treatments
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Proven manual dexterity and client consultation experience
• Experience working in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Spa therapy or massage therapy qualification/certification
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB training
• Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, French, or other languages
• Experience supporting community promotional events
