Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional luxury spa treatments to guests in alignment with One&Only brand standards
• Provide five-star client care, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for every guest
• Drive revenue generation through professional retail sales, upselling, and cross-selling spa services
• Maintain impeccable cleaning standards and personal grooming to uphold luxury resort expectations
• Build and develop meaningful relationships with loyal guests and colleagues

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in luxury resorts or five-star hotels
• Strong professional experience within the health and beauty sector
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• A creative, dynamic, and passionate approach to wellness and service
