Spa Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform sensational, bespoke luxury treatments to ensure guest comfort and a "five-star" experience
• Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness within the ReFIVE Spa and treatment suites
• Manage treatment room inventory and ensure only premium luxury products are used
• Review appointments promptly to maintain punctuality and a tranquil atmosphere
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Concierge and Front Desk, to ensure seamless operations
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure total satisfaction
• Assist in training and mentoring new Spa Therapists to maintain service excellence
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in spa demonstrations and events

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in an award-winning luxury environment
• Graduate of an accredited school with a valid license in massage, facial, and manicure/pedicure treatments
• Fluency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of specialized spa industry applications and software
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen eye for detail
