About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, and body treatments
- Conduct pre-treatment consultations to assess guest wellness needs
- Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in treatment rooms
- Promote spa services and retail products with professional aftercare advice
- Support daily spa operations including preparation and restocking
- Handle guest feedback with discretion and professionalism
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or high-end wellness environment
- Recognized certification or diploma in massage therapy or specialized spa treatments
- Excellent command of the English language
- Physically fit and able to perform treatments with precision
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages
