Spa Therapist

Responsibilities

• Create wellness experiences aligned with Belmond and SPA excellence standards
• Perform spa treatments with technique, precision, and sensitivity
• Provide personalized service and recommend complementary treatments and products
• Conduct every stage of the customer experience with attention to detail and discretion
• Maintain impeccable environments, equipment, and materials
• Collaborate with SPA and hotel teams to ensure an integrated guest experience

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy, Aesthetics, Biomedicine, or related fields
• Specialization in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or Integrative Therapies
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in luxury hotels or spas
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and customer service
• Advanced or fluent English
