Spa Therapist

Responsibilities

• Execute various spa treatments according to the menu, providing high-quality services that exceed client expectations
• Manage spa reservations following LQA standards and using the reservation Drive
• Maintain decoration, order, and cleanliness in all spa areas, including changing rooms, showers, and relaxation rooms
• Replenish linen in cabins, treatment rooms, and lockers
• Manage linen sent to the laundry to ensure correct handling
• Sell spa products to meet defined sales objectives
• Ensure compliance with LQA standards in all work areas
• Monitor the physical spa space and report any damage to maintenance staff
• Prepare daily reports for audits as necessary
• Support monthly inventories and ensure correct supply of materials

Requirements

• Intermediate English language skills
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Appropriate certifications or licenses to practice as a therapist
• Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment
• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols related to spa services
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct
