About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute various spa treatments according to the menu, providing high-quality services that exceed client expectations
- Manage spa reservations following LQA standards and using the reservation Drive
- Maintain decoration, order, and cleanliness in all spa areas, including changing rooms, showers, and relaxation rooms
- Replenish linen in cabins, treatment rooms, and lockers
- Manage linen sent to the laundry to ensure correct handling
- Sell spa products to meet defined sales objectives
- Ensure compliance with LQA standards in all work areas
- Monitor the physical spa space and report any damage to maintenance staff
- Prepare daily reports for audits as necessary
- Support monthly inventories and ensure correct supply of materials
Requirements
- Intermediate English language skills
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Appropriate certifications or licenses to practice as a therapist
- Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols related to spa services
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct
