Responsibilities

• Provide tailor-made wellness accompaniment with elegance and discretion, respecting LQA / Palace standards.
• Perform facial treatments using Biologique Recherche, KOS, NOOANCE, and HYDRAFACIAL.
• Execute neuromuscular massages, body treatments, and aesthetic services (nail care, waxing, makeup).
• Contribute to spa financial and quality goals by recommending complementary treatments and beauty routines.
• Maintain the excellence, harmony, and impeccable cleanliness of the spa spaces.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English.
• Significant experience in luxury establishments.
• Passion for holistic disciplines such as meditation, vibratory care, or Watsu.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous events while maintaining Palace quality standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of Biologique Recherche, KOS Paris, Nooance, and Hydrafacial products.
