Spa Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations to understand guest wellness goals and health considerations
• Deliver high-quality spa treatments including massages, body treatments, and wellness therapies
• Perform specialized treatments such as aromatherapy, hot stone therapy, and reflexology
• Maintain a calm, relaxing, and personalized environment for guests
• Provide professional advice on skincare, wellness routines, and post-treatment care
• Promote spa services and retail products to support revenue objectives
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards of treatment rooms and equipment
• Collaborate with Spa, Wellness, and Front Office teams for seamless service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or resort preferred
• Professional certification in spa therapy, massage, beauty, or wellness
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body treatments
• Experience delivering personalized treatments to luxury clientele
• Proficiency in spoken English
• Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and guest care standards
