Spa & Recreation Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the leisure team and lead by example
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest safety
• Manage budgets and inventory for the department
• Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth running of the leisure department
• Support members and guests in achieving their wellness goals

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Eye for detail and creative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Passion for creating extraordinary service
• Arabic speaking preferred
