About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level personalized guest service, including greeting, checking in/out, and explaining spa services
  • Schedule spa appointments and communicate treatment benefits to guests
  • Manage retail inventory and process sales transactions accurately
  • Handle cash, credit cards, gift certificates, and room charges while maintaining a secure bank
  • Utilize professional telephone etiquette to manage bookings and guest inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a positive attitude in a fast-paced resort environment

Requirements

  • 1-year of Resort Spa experience
  • Proven experience with cash handling and operating point-of-sale equipment
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills for managing reservations and guest data
  • Strong communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette and English proficiency
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs on an intermittent basis
