Spa Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Handle reservations, spa bookings, and scheduling efficiently
• Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, and promotions
• Ensure smooth coordination between therapists and guests
• Handle billing, payments, and accurate posting of charges
• Maintain a calm, serene, and professional spa environment at all times
• Address guest requests, feedback, and concerns with efficiency and discretion
• Supervise and train therapists while managing schedules and daily operations

Requirements

• Mandatory previous experience as a Spa Receptionist in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services
• Proficiency in using spa management or hotel reservation systems
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
