About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and create a warm, luxurious arrival experience
- Manage spa bookings, guest check-ins, and appointment scheduling
- Support Spa Therapists with daily coordination and treatment flow
- Assist guests with spa packages, treatments, and general enquiries
- Process financial transactions accurately and professionally
- Maintain the presentation, cleanliness, and organisation of spa facilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a calm and professional environment
Requirements
- Previous reception or customer service experience
- Experience in a spa, wellness, hotel, or luxury environment
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Polished presentation and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends
