Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients with confidentiality and discretion
• Advise clients on spa services via telephone, email, and in person
• Act as a brand ambassador for Decorté in collaboration with spa teams
• Perform all duties related to the role of a spa concierge
• Report all client requests to management

Requirements

• High level of interpersonal intelligence and a positive attitude
• Proficiency in Opéra and Micros software
• Fluency in English
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong sense of customer service and teamwork
