Spa Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and greet clients with kindness
• Promote spa services, products, benefits, and special offers
• Manage treatment reservations, therapist scheduling, and confirmation calls
• Handle check-in, check-out, and payment procedures
• Manage product sales and inventory/stock levels
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the reception area
• Manage client profiles and databases
• Assist cabin staff with cleaning and client turnover when necessary
• Perform massage treatments if the profile allows for dual roles

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position
• High level of English proficiency; other languages are a plus
• Desirable training in chiropractic massage or other spa-related areas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team with a professional and hospitable attitude
