Spa Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Organize reservations while optimizing the schedule for treatments, cabins, and practitioners
• Provide tailor-made assistance to guests following LQA standards
• Propose additional treatments and beauty routines to optimize revenue
• Maintain the high-end image of the Spa with excellent attention to detail
• Manage the cash register and spa closing procedures
• Coordinate between different wellness departments and provide treatments during high occupancy

Requirements

• Operational English proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous events while maintaining 5-star quality
• Strong organizational skills and versatility
• Altruistic personality with a focus on guest well-being

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment
• Knowledge of Augustinus Bader products and protocols
