Spa Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with elegance, discretion, and professionalism
• Perform high-end treatments and massages using Decorté and Kos protocols
• Personalize treatments based on client needs and expectations
• Advise and build client loyalty regarding treatments and products
• Strictly respect hygiene, safety, and well-being standards
• Prepare, maintain, and organize treatment rooms and workspaces
• Ensure the presentation of spa products and equipment
• Collaborate closely with spa and hotel teams

Requirements

• Recognized diploma in aesthetics
• Mandatory fluency in English
• Experience in the Spa industry
• Strong customer service sensitivity
• Team spirit and rigor
